Jimmy is a millennial house hacker turned Corporate Dropout. He started investing in 2012 when he purchased his first 4-unit in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Jimmy is a native Rhode Islander having grown up in Smithfield, Rhode Island, and now lives in Warwick.
When he’s not hunting for the next deal, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his family at the beach, eating ice cream with his son Conor, getting some time in on a sports field, or sipping a nice Del’s Lemonade.
Meet Tyler
Tyler started his investing journey by house-hacking while he was managing restaurants, bartending, and serving tables. After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad he decided real estate was the vehicle he would use to build generational wealth and achieve his dreams. Now, he is flipping houses and looking to add to his rental portfolio. Whenever he isn’t working, he usually drinks a post-work shake after the gym, reads a good book, or spends time with his family and two dogs.
Meet Frank
Frank grew up in the restaurant industry. From a young age, he learned to develop & refine his skill set by running high-volume franchises. Getting tired of the rigors of the industry, he sought out a career in real estate, buying his first multi-family in 2018. Frank is a seasoned professional who always delivers. Frank enjoys spending time with his family, tending to his garden, and crafting amazing espresso martinis when not at work.
